Superlambanana crazy!!!

Posted by Sam on June 16, 2008 4:37 PM |

Today I had the task of going out and doing a video of Liverpool's newsest residents. The diddy superlambananas.

I was stopped twice by people asking me where they could get a map for 120. I was very pleased to be able to tell and show them that the Daily Post had printed a map today.
There is also a map avaliable online which my boss painstakingly did for hours last night so use it!!
I was a little bit more creative with this video than I have been with others which took ages to edit. Im shattered now from all of the walking around and staring at the final cut machine!!

Def worth doing the tour though. I only went to a handful of them. If I had had the time I would have liked to have ventured out into the communities a bit.

What do you think of the superlambanana? they are going nutty for them here. The Daily Post even has a 'save the superlambanana' campaign. Personally I think they are fantastic and I really want one of the mini ones that you can buy to put in my living room.

People have been asking the Liverpool media where to purchase the scale models of the Superlambanana. Utility on Bold Street sells the full range of the ceramic version and has exclusivity on the fibre glass version - available in store and on our website www.utilitydesign.co.uk at £99.00.
