Really hoping it doesn't equal sea sickness!!
I have been asked if I would like to go on the Tall Ships for up to 20 days to do a feature. It sounds like an experience I won't forget in awhile.
In all truthfulness it sounds ace. The routes that are in discussion are doing the leg from London to Liverpool before the race starts and then maybe the first leg of the actual race itself which I think goes to Sweden or Norway.

It is in the early stages of discussion which is why I know nothing really but the idea is to go on board and transmit daily video phone entries and stories etc.
It sounds wicked but also very scary. This sounds mushy but I haven't been apart from my fiance Richard really since we have been together.
Rich works for the Daily Post so we also work together as well as live together. Actually we see each other pretty much 24 hours a day! So 20 days sounds like a very very long time!!
But it is an experience I wouldn't otherwise have at the end of the day.
I think I i will be accompanied by 100 young adults too so there may be some good stories that come out of it. I will also remember to take a sick bag!!
Will keep you posted about the details.
