I haven't dropped off the planet-I am still here, Being quiet is usually a sign of being busy!

This week I have been trying my hand at more videos after my training. I think I doing ok. I guess you should really be the judge of that!!

I did the video for Friday night The Poeple's Opening which can be found on both the Post and Echo's websites. After training on Monday I should be able to upload the videos I do onto the blog.

At the end of last week I went to watch Aladdin at the Everyman theatre. It was a special performance for children with a visual disability. They wore specail headsets which were linked to an audio describer who talked them through what the characters were doing. The children also got to meet the actors and feel theri costumes and some of the props. All of the children were so excited and the actors and all the staff at the Everyman were amazing. It ws lovely to watch. The video is on the webiste....

I have also done a video on Rejects Revenge a theatre company based at Hope Street. Their show 'Here be Monsters' starts on Jan23 at the Unity Theatre. Unfortunately it may be theri last ever show as the Arts Council has informed them their funding may be cut completely which will mean the company will fold after 18 years. Again the video is online, or will be shortly. Currently trying to sort out the Gary Newloe video for a colleague.
